Mr. Russin co-founded the firm in 1993 with Mark S. Meland and is recognized as one of the premier bankruptcy attorneys in the State of Florida. He has represented corporate debtors, secured lenders, creditors' committees and Trustees in insolvency proceedings. He has also counseled clients through out of court workouts and private debt restructuring.
Mr. Russin is also experienced in commercial litigation in both state and federal courts. Mr. Russin has written and lectured extensively throughout the state of Florida on insolvency and commercial litigation topics.
Mr. Russin was raised and currently lives on Miami Beach with his wife and three sons. He is active in community affairs and is currently the president of Temple Beth Sholom on Miami Beach.
