Joshua W. Dobin focuses his practice on bankruptcy, reorganization and out of court workouts, including the representation of debtors, creditor committees, investors, secured lenders and trustees. Mr. Dobin's expertise also includes troubled real estate situations, and he regularly represents real estate developers, investors and purchasers in all types of distressed situations. He also has particular experience representing both entrepreneurs and institutions in their efforts to acquire distressed real estate assets, notes and businesses.
