James (Jim) Moon is a member of Meland Russin’s Restructuring & Bankruptcy Group. He focuses his practice on creditors’ rights, workouts, bankruptcy and commercial loan transactions. His work includes representing official committees and individual creditors in complex Chapter 11 proceedings, adversary proceedings in bankruptcy courts and out-of-court restructurings.
